Peter was the fourth of five sons, of the late Theodore Booth Strange, MD and Adeline Bassett Cook "Cookie" Strange. Peter

20 years ago, he moved to Sussex County from Wilmington, to build custom houses. He was an active member of the Lord Baltimore
Lions Club, and much admired in his community. He loved boating and being on the water. During his ordeal with brain cancer,
he moved back to Wilmington, where he spent time with his family and friends. He was also cared for by the members of Forwood Manor
and Foulk Manor South, as well as, the hospice providers of, Heartland and Seasons. From all of the wonderful and caring providers,
he received love, he returned it in kind.
